Sling — India Fair, Orlando

An experiential booth for Sling at Orlando’s India Fair, promoting Desi Binge Plus, Dakshin Plex and Free Stream alongside the upcoming T20 World Cup and IPL on Willow. A 360° photo-booth turned attendees into branded social reels, while free QR-coded mini cricket bats gave every visitor a keepsake. Steady traffic from 11am–4pm saw the team directly engage 250–300 attendees, with partners extending reach to a 12,000-subscriber database.

A Valentine’s Day film activation in the heart of Times Square, built around a large branded cut-out set against the iconic billboards. The team interviewed 25+ couples and passers-by, capturing user-generated content and a live proposal that drew public cheers — reaching both South Asian and mainstream New York audiences ahead of the film’s cinema release on February 20, 2026.

A two-market introduction of the Aspora remittance app to the South Asian diaspora. Across three Bay Area dates (Fremont, ICC Milpitas, Pleasanton) the team engaged 300+ attendees with Google-rate exchange demos and zero-fee messaging, converting 70+ sign-ups. At Dallas’s Pongal / Sankranti celebration, roughly 350 attendees drove 35 confirmed sign-ups around a $10 cashback offer.

SF Unicorns — MLC Cricket

May–June 2026 · Bay Area grocery stores
A multi-weekend Bay Area field programme for the SF Unicorns MLC franchise, activating across grocery stores in Sunnyvale, Cupertino, Fremont and Milpitas. Ambassador teams registered fans, distributed match materials and drove ticket intent — anchored by a Ravichandran Ashwin Family Day that lifted turnout. Across three weekends the programme drove roughly 308 fan registrations, with 970+ postcards handed out in a single weekend.

LAKR — LA Knight Riders

June 2026 · Southern California
A two-weekend grocery-store and community activation for the LA Knight Riders MLC franchise across four Southern California counties. Teams worked storefronts from Fullerton to Riverside — handing out flyers, capturing fan leads and selling match tickets. After a mid-programme move to a $25 standard ticket, weekend two alone sold 104 tickets and distributed 2,675 flyers, with Riverside shoppers returning specifically to find the team.
